This place is very good to have a peaceful stay. Rooms are clean and big. We were 3 people we had 2 rooms with a kitchen and a small balcony which is good for family. The host family is very good and takes care of all your requirements. Provide tasty home food and tea/coffee for breakfast. Overall a nice and calm stay. Please don't have very high expectations on food if you are North Indian and don't want to taste south Indian food as after all it is a homestay not a hotel and worth the price you are paying.

Really liked the behaviour of the owner and good service at all. The room was given was also good quality and clean Suggesting to take the homestay if needed. But this homestay is not in Munnar, 10-12 km before munnar (place name is anachal)

Our Stay at Munnar Minds Homestay was really Excellent. Owner was very much cooperative and helping in nature, even the entire family was so adorable. Rooms were very clean with Forest View on the backside and a good place to sit and relax. Food Provided was such a simple Kerala Style yet tasty that You would feel energized till Lunch time. The Only constraint was some 200-300 meters road patch was not good reaching to the place but that was not a big deal. All and all the Stay was Pleasant Experience. Five Star from my side.

The accommodation is simple and sufficient. Location is 12 km away from Munnar city centre but within vicinity of major attractions and you have access to markets and different types of food choices. At the same time the stay feels like living just beside the jungle and the view from the balcony is absolutely refreshing. But the most remarkable thing about this homestay is it's owners and their hospitality. The owner personally goes extra miles to fulfill the guest's wishes. Foods are prepared as per order and are quite tasty. I'll definitely recommend for families as well as group travellers.

Nice clean room along with bathroom also. I stayed with my parents for 2 days at munnar minds homestay. Owner Biju and his family showed very good cooperation and arranged for breakfast and dinner. Food was nice . Room location was in a place surrounded with ample greenery and trees. Munnar homestay is good place for tourists to stay in homely environment.

I don't know why the ratings for this hotel is so good. It's 13 km from munnar main town. It's a house's 1st floor which the owner is giving on rent/ stay. There is not proper service available there. Even it is 1 km away from main road and that 1 km is like 2 km as the roads are not good at all. U will get car parking there. Room size is good, balcony is good. I would rate this place 3 out of 5. Decent place, owner is nice. Breakfast is pathetic and the problem is that if u r north indian, pls arrange the breakfast on ur own. He will offer u for dinner at a very cheap rate, but pls avoid the dinner bcoz it's really not good. (U will not like it if u r a north indian). U will hardly get an auto for going to the main road (1 km away from the hotel). And after 6 pm, u will not get anything and that place becomes haunted.

The Homestay was an absolute pleasure. The owner is really generous, humble and downright helpful. He and his family stay in the same villa in the ground floor. Our floor was absolutely private. When we arrived we were welcomed by clean and fragrant rooms. The highlight of the place for me was the greenery around and lounge outside our rooms. We also requested the owner to prepare dinner for us on two nights. They made really good food at very nominal price. The balconies in each room was a delight in the morning where we would sip our coffee. The overall experience for us in Munnar Minds Homestay was superb. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family. And the location is right amidst local market. So it was easy to get food and amenities.
